The Pony Club does not control or endorse any information, materials, product or services which may be advertised on this site.

The Pony Club will not be liable for any costs, claims, losses or damages whatsoever, whether in Contract, Tort or otherwise and whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising out of or in connection with use of this site or relating to any goods, animals or services advertised on it.

Advertisements placed on this site are deemed to be invitation to treat and Advertisers will not be bound by communications received from third parties.

The Pony Club does not allow any guns or firearms to be advertised on this site. Any adverts for such items will be removed without notice.

The Pony Club does not allow any events or services of any kind to be advertised on this site unless permission is granted from The Pony Club National Office prior to placement.

No foul or otherwise inappropriate language including racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated. Adverts in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning.

The Pony Club requires that all information in an advert is, to the best of your knowledge, truthful and accurate.

The Pony Club does not accept any responsibility or liability for any linked websites or their contents in any way.

Any user who uses images for the purposes of placing classified adverts must hold the copyright to those images or seek permission from the copyright holder.

Any advert which is found not to comply with the conditions above may be removed without notice and without refund.
